Service Description

If you choose to proceed with your procedure with us, 100% of the consultation fee will be deducted on the day of your procedure.

Deposits are required for all appointments. A deposit shall be refunded if your appointment is kept. A minimum of 24 hour notice shall be given in order to transfer or refund a deposit. The only acceptable way to cancel or reschedule shall be through our website, email, voicemail or in person. A minimum of 24 hour notice shall be given in order to avoid losing your deposit.

For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours to avoid being charged. Deposits are required for all appointments.
